If you are having problems registering or need some additional help the following information will help you.
Basic Instructions
1) Do not use your back button to navigate between parts of the form because your changes on the current page will not be saved
2) You must use "send and save" on the last page to send your form! You will not be able to return to your form after you use send and save for security reasons. If you make a mistake you can correct it the day of your visit.
Browser Compatibility
You must have one of the following browser of the appropriate version to use online registration. We have not tested with other browsers, and cannot verify you will be able to use the registration process with other options:
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater (upgrade for free to 6.0 SP1 by clicking here)
- Netscape Navigator 7.0 or greater (upgrade to Netscape 7.0 for free by clicking here)
- Opera 6.0 or greater (upgrade for free by clicking here)
Encryption Support
In addition to having one of the above browsers, you must also have 128 bit encryption support, which may be an additional plugin depending on your browser. Most likely you have 128 bit encryption if you have one of the above browsers. This is necessary to safeguard your information as it moves from your computer to our secure server from prying eyes.
When you start the process you may receive a
popup security certificate depending on your browser settings and browser.
If you do, you must accept this secure certificate to begin online registration.
